Blog Refresh: Category Updates

I'm streamlining the blog to better align categories. This includes the dissolution of the Brain Zone Category and the introduction of Mission Control.

Starting today, I'm streamlining the blog a bit! The 'Brain Zone' category is getting a makeover, with some articles finding new homes in other, more fitting sections. And exciting news – I'm introducing 'Mission Control'! This is where you'll find personal updates and blog-related news that doesn't quite fit elsewhere.

So, why the change with 'Brain Zone'? Well, the internet is a vast place, and unfortunately, there's a lot of misinformation floating around about mental health. While I'm passionate about promoting mental health acceptance and will absolutely continue to weave those themes into my writing, some 'Brain Zone' posts ventured into territory where I'm not an expert.

I'm not a doctor, and I don't want to present myself as one. I do have my own lived experiences with mental health, and I'll continue to share those perspectives, but within the context of society and philosophy, rather than a dedicated mental health category.

I'm always looking for ways to improve the blog, so there might be a few more category adjustments down the line. Rest assured, the core focus remains the same! We're still exploring life in this crazy space-time adventure. I'm just making sure everything is organized in a way that feels authentic and allows me to share what I'm best at.
